Return Window

Standard items may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our support team within this timeframe. Returns requested after the 14-day window may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused and unworn
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • All tags must be attached and intact
  • Items must not show any signs of wear, washing, or alteration

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom and OEM orders manufactured to your specifications
  • Personalized items with custom branding, embroidery, or printing
  • Bulk orders exceeding 500 units
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at movo.globalenterprise@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp.
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Include clear photographs of the item(s) showing their current condition.
  4. Our team will review your request and provide return shipping instructions within 2-3 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you need a different size or variant, please contact our team. We will do our best to accommodate exchange requests promptly. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund instead.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will provide a full replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the defect or damage
  • A brief description of the issue

We take quality seriously and will work quickly to resolve any issues with defective products.
